To be honest, I’m sick of the word "Trust."
In this industry, trust has become expensive—and way too easy to trample on. Every day when I open my inbox, the most common question isn't about leather quality or stitching. It’s: "Are you actually going to ship my order?"
Every time I hear that, I feel a mix of frustration and genuine empathy. Those scammers who take your money and vanish, or ship a cheap pair of socks instead of a luxury bag, are a plague. They don’t just steal your money; they destroy the bridge of integrity that honest sellers like us try so hard to build.
You’re halfway across the world, dealing with time zones and language barriers. You send your hard-earned money into the void, hoping for that dream bag, only to be met with radio silence. I get it. It’s infuriating.
At Velouraca, I don’t play those games. I’m not interested in making "fast money" at the expense of my soul.
Logistics: We Shoulder the Risks You Don’t See
Most people think shipping is just sticking a label on a box. In this business, it’s a game of chess.
Real "Rep-Line" Shipping: We maintain long-term partnerships with 3 top-tier freight forwarders using Special Priority Lines. Why three? Because we always need a Plan B if customs get tight.
We Absorb the Risk: International shipping is a battlefield of changing policies and customs checks. We handle the headaches, the paperwork, and the risks in the background. If there is an uncontrollable logistics issue, we take responsibility. We won’t let you bear the loss.
Default Strict QC: By default, every single order undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) check by me personally before it ever leaves the warehouse.
Note: If you require QC photos or videos for confirmation, please leave a note when placing your order. Because custom filming and matching take extra manpower, this will add an extra 3–4 days to the shipping timeline. I appreciate your patience on this.

Payment Safety: Why We Use PayPal & Stripe
Scammers love "one-way" payment methods—things like direct bank transfers or obscure, unknown payment companies. Once that money is gone, you lose all your power.
We support PayPal and Stripe because we want you to have peace of mind. These platforms have strict buyer protection. I use them because I have the confidence to deliver, and I value my account’s reputation more than a single transaction.
After you pay, you might notice your PayPal receipt doesn't mention the product name. Instead, it shows something generic like: "All items in your shopping basket" (as shown in the screenshot).

Don’t worry—this is actually a "pro move" I use to protect us both:
For Your Privacy: Your bank statement stays clean. No sensitive keywords, no red flags. Your business stays your business.
For Our Long-term Connection: Using this "discreet" billing helps us dodge unnecessary b*and policy headaches. This ensures Velouraca stays online for the long haul, so you always know where to find me for your next order or any after-sales help.
I Shoulder the Risk: I handle all the technical stress and policy risks in the background so you don't have to.
Bottom line: The wording on the receipt is just a "cover." What matters is that the exact item you confirmed in your QC photos is exactly what will land at your door. I’ll handle the complications; you just focus on the excitement of your new package.
Quick FAQ
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: It’s sent to the email you used at checkout. Check your Spam folder! It often hides there.
Q: Why is the tracking not updating?
A: During international transit, info stays quiet for a few days while the package is in the air. It will "jump" once it hits your country (USA/UK/etc.) and is scanned by the local courier. If you're worried, message me; I’ll check the freight forwarder's internal system for you.
Q: Why doesn't the brand name appear on my PayPal receipt?
A: It’s a "safety shield" for your privacy and our site’s longevity. I take on the backend risks so you don't have to. Just remember: the receipt is just a placeholder—the product inside the box will be exactly what you confirmed in your QC.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Based on our current stable routes:
USA / UK / CA / AU: 8–12 business days (Special Line).
Europe: 6–10 business days (DHL / DPD Fast Line).
Q: What if you reply slowly?
A: We have a time zone difference, but I guarantee a response within 24 hours on business days. While you’re sleeping, I’m usually busy checking your orders!
Business should be simple: Pay. Ship. Receive. Smile.
Distance shouldn't mean a lack of responsibility. If you’re ready to stop gambling and start shopping, welcome to Velouraca(www.velouraca.ru).
